Space lap Books for kids

 This is a Lap book that I made for my Compassion children earlier this year. Many of my children are from Central and South America so the books needed to be in Spainish, for the children who spoke languages other than English or Spainish I kept the writen work to a minimun and used the google translater.  Most of the pictures and information were found on the net.


The information on the different planets came from www.esa.int/esaKID and is in English and Spanish. The solar system mobile is off the Canon web site under creative Park-string decoration: Planet (www.canon.com/c-park ). The little mini booklets about various space things came from www.ChristianPreschoolPrintables.com The lap books is made from 2 A3 pages folded inside each other.




The colouring in pages were from coulouring books which I shrunk on the printer to make them small enough to fit several on a page.

    Thanks, Janelle, for your great ideas. I have used Image Chef before, but never thought of it for my Compassion child. I made them postcards and also will make a booklet based on the examples you posted. Thanks for sharing your great ideas!

    Thank you Bev, I'm glad you can use my ideas. I use several online printing things to creat things for my kids it gives me a reason to do craft which i enjoy. Another site I use a lot is "piZap", you can do all sorts of creating with photos.
